The scope of this policy
Warpkin is a local weaving-draft studio. This policy explains the draft records, preferences and exports handled by the Android app, together with its optional external contact links. App contact is IZVOR at the details in the final section.
The original studies are creative starting points. They do not establish an official cultural programme, historical attribution or a guarantee about a finished textile.

A workspace on your device
The Android version keeps its working draft, saved drafts, study favourites and preferences in private app storage. A native SQLite transaction records the workspace; the app has no service that receives your draft database.
A failed transaction is reported. If stored content cannot be interpreted, the app preserves it for a recovery export rather than silently replacing it.

Draft information you create
A draft contains your title and notes, dimensions, threading, tie-up, treadling, palettes and local creation/update dates. A variation can also keep the identifier of its parent draft. You decide whether names or notes contain personal details.
The displayed drawdown is calculated locally from these values. It is not an uploaded image analysis or a record of physical loom activity.

Saved drafts and variations
Saving updates one existing draft identity or creates a new saved draft. Keeping a variation creates an independent copy so later edits do not alter its parent. Comparisons read the saved records you choose.
The current working draft checkpoints separately. Undo and redo relate to the current editing session; keeping a named variation is the durable way to return to a separate design.

Permissions and capabilities
Warpkin does not request Internet, camera, microphone, location, contacts or broad file-storage permissions. It does not connect to a loom or other nearby equipment. Studies, artwork, fonts and policy text are bundled.
Android’s document picker provides the specific export destination that you choose. No background access to your photo or document library is needed.

Optional contact links
The email, telephone and organization-website controls open a separate application with a fixed destination. Your draft, chart, notes and database are not automatically attached to those actions.
An opened composer or dialer does not confirm that any message or call occurred. A receiving application or website applies its own privacy settings to information you deliberately send.

Chart and data exports
A PNG export contains the actual computed chart and its selected display. CSV identifies structural axes and colors; JSON carries the selected draft’s structured data. Review an export before distributing it.
The system document provider writes to your chosen destination and may synchronize it under that provider’s settings. Cancelling an export preserves the working draft. Exports outside Warpkin are not removed by later local deletion.

Backup and moving devices
The packaged Android configuration disables app-data cloud backup and device-transfer backup. Warpkin does not offer an account-based synchronization service.
Keep explicit exports if you need copies outside the app. Operating-system or device-administration tools can have separate behaviour; do not assume the app’s local workspace will be transferred to a replacement device.

Accounts and billing
There is no Warpkin login, user account, payment card or subscription record. The editing, comparison and export tools operate without authentication.
The app does not ask for a password or connect your drafts to an online profile.

Analytics and third-party software
Warpkin has no advertising SDK, usage analytics, network crash-reporting service or remote-content feed. Artwork generated during production is bundled; your draft is not sent to an AI or image-generation provider.
Android and the installed WebView are platform components. They may maintain system diagnostics under their own controls, separately from Warpkin’s local data model.

Who the studio is for
Warpkin is a general creative planning tool. It provides original structural examples and ordinary instructions for using its controls, not a qualification, professional textile assessment or guaranteed physical result.
A responsible adult should help a younger user understand exported files and optional external contacts. Avoid putting another person’s sensitive information in draft titles or notes.

Protecting your work
The workspace is inside Android’s application sandbox, and writes use a native transaction. The interface bridge is restricted to bundled app content. These measures are not a claim that all local records or exported files are encrypted.
Use appropriate device access controls. A compromised or unlocked device, or one managed by an administrator, may expose data beyond an app’s control.

Retention on the device
Drafts, variations, favourites and preferences remain locally until you remove them or clear/uninstall the app. The app does not apply a server retention schedule because it does not upload the workspace.
A file you export or a message you send elsewhere may be kept by its destination independently.

Removing records
Deleting a saved draft requires confirmation. Cancelling that action leaves it in place. A variation is an independent record; deleting one draft does not silently delete another saved version.
Clearing local workspace or Android app data removes local content. It does not erase previously exported charts, recall messages or remove copies held by another person or service.

Your controls and choices
You choose the draft content, dimensions, palettes, saved variations and export actions. You can edit or delete local work and choose reduced interface motion without changing the mathematical draft.
For questions about information that you separately send to the contact address, contact that recipient directly. The app cannot recall information after you have shared it outside its workspace.

Updates to this document
The date shown above identifies this policy version. If a later release changes actual data handling, its policy and applicable notices should be updated to describe that behaviour.
An app update does not by itself authorize uploading an older workspace or using a draft as an endorsement or an attributed historical pattern.

The companion website
The prepared website consists of static pages. Its small weaving demonstration uses page memory and does not submit a form or upload a draft. It includes no tracking or advertising service.
A public hosting provider may process normal request data such as IP address and browser information to deliver a website. The eventual hosting arrangement must be reviewed separately; local website files do not prove a public deployment.
